Homecoming

When Nancy and Steve came to us, they had just retired and were ready to move back to Nancy’s hometown. They called us to come look at the property they had purchased which included an old farmhouse that they were looking to renovate into their new home. After some discussions a decision was made that perhaps they should think about a new build rather than a renovation. Once that seed was planted the idea took on a life of its own and within a short time, we had a new plan and the rest is history.
