A growing family needed a larger space.

Mathew and Emma came to us with a piece of land but needed help finding the right house to fit their lot. They wanted to put down roots in their existing community. We worked through a few designs before we ended up with this bungalow design built on a basement. The double garage entrance from the basement allowed them to use the natural grade of the land to their advantage. The partially unfinished basement also gave them the room to grow in the future. The result is a warm, comfortable family home.
